After countless hours at the gym and trying to watch a sensible low carb diet I did not get the results I was looking for. A few months back my friend, Kristen Miller Cirigliano, had told me about M.D. Complete Fitness. I had taken her advice and started working out there back in November. I had never did pilates and was up for a new challenge. I started seeing results but after a while I kind of plateaued. Michelle Dumovich, owner of M.D. Compete Fitness, had sat down with me and discussed my diet. I can't believe how wrong I was about my diet. The fruits I was consuming with my protein shakes was all wrong. She recommended Ideal Protein. In a few weeks I went down 9 lbs. It was amazing. The Ideal Protein diet actually helps you lose fat and maintain your muscle. Leona Beadle has also been helpful guiding me through the diet after countless text messages regardinging questions about the diet. The diet also teaches you how to eat the right way. Ideal protein has been around for over 25 years so this is just not a fad diet. I hate calling it a diet because the food and snacks are amazing. So you really don't feel like your "dieting", just eating the right way.

I have to say M.D. Complete Fitness is a true hidden gem in Trinity. You have everything right there to get the results you need. So many years upon years at the gym and dieting on my own did not get me the results I was looking for. In just 7 weeks Michelle and Leona had changed my life. I must say Michelle is the most amazing pilates instructor. She keeps you motivated and determined to reach your goal.

Michelle and her team have been so great with my dieting process. This is by far the simplest diet I have tried and and I have tried a lot of diets in the past. The Ideal foods taste great and you never feel hungry when you do the diet properly. I have fibromyalgia and suffer from chronic migraines. Since I have been on this diet I have gone from 2-3 migraines a week to one every 2-3 months and my fibro has been very mild. Just goes to show that if you take all the "bad foods" out of your diet you will feel so much better. In addition to greatly reducing my migraines and Fibro symptoms I have also lost 28 pounds. I have noticed a significant difference in my body in just ten 30 minute Pilates sessions which I recently started doing along with the Ideal Diet Program. I originally came to Michelle because I had herniated a disc in my back and had heard that pilates was a good therapy. I assumed I would go to her a few times until my back felt better and then go back to my usual lifting weight workout. I have Crohn's disease and I am on and off Prednisone which causes a lot of weight gain. I have had this disease for 8 1/2 years and it has been life altering. I have never worked out in a gym before ever! I have flared up a few times since 2000. Having to go on the pred and I gained almost 70 pounds this last time. My dear friend told me a year ago, I know a gym that you will be comfortable at just come see if you would like.. I had a real chip on my shoulder as I have a Chronic disease and used that as my excuse to shelter me from the world as I was very secretive with my sickness and embarrassed.

I liked the gym but was petrified. She introduced me to her trainer, Michelle Dumovich and I was always afraid of trainers naturally! I told her I would talk to her but that was it!Well here we are almost a year later and I have lost almost 50 pounds! I am feeling good, met a trainer that knew about my disease and the prednisone and how to rebuild my endocrine and immune system without freaking out my body to go into a flare-up! This person has changed my life! It is so much more then losing the weight. It is connecting emotionally and dealing with the reason why we eat. I know I have a health condition that 1 out of every 200 people have and I know they are home hiding like I did... I know that if I can inspire one person, then I have made a difference.

Due to arthritis, fibromyalgia & spinal & joint degeneration my once active life style had deteriorated into being totally inactive. Michelle has been training me since April 2009. My workouts wit her utiliziing the Pilates Reformer, the Bosu ball & the Spinner have really changed my life. I have much more mobility, range of motion, & a significant decrease in back & joint pain. My clothes show that I have also really trimmed up. When I could no longer do all the things that 'made me-me', it was heartbreaking.

Michelle, My total cholesterol went down 61 points!! My triglycerides went down 105 points!!! My doctor was so proud and so is my family. I am amazed and so excited!
