My company is based on the belief that you, my customers' , fitness needs are of the utmost importance. My entire mission is committed to meeting those fitness needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals for well over 10+ years. I like to welcome opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best Pilates , fitness and wellness services in the Trinity area.

The Allegro Reformers, Chairs, Ladder Barrels and ARC'S by Balanced Body, BOSU, Rebounders, SPIN BIKES, Pilates Rings and Yoga Gear as well as all traditional weights and body bars are used at the Training Center. Only the best.

Very Clean Facility:

The machines and all equipment used and not used are sanitized completely after each session and at the end of the day. Hand sanitizer is available for access after each session.

Early Morning, Afternoons, Weekend and

Night hours available.


Please arrive on time for your appointment. There are other sessions booked every 30 to 60 minutes. We thank you.
