ShareCan you understand why you eat what you eat? When enough is enough? I deal with clients everyday struggling with these issues. A little will power will make the difference. If you can please take a few seconds before you riffles through a bag of chips or a sweet treat and understand the contents can be damaging. Why??
If you find you are one of these compulsive over eaters or identify with food as a comfort then you need to express your thought process.
